This is a practical, immersive workshop for leaders who think, process and lead differently — and for the leaders of neurodivergent team members who want to get the very best out of their people without burning them (or themselves) out. Drawing on complex adaptive systems theory, neurodivergent-affirming leadership practice and Alexandra's international consulting work, the three days combine facilitated discussion, practical tools and space to think alongside a small group of peers, set against the mountain backdrop of SilverStar Ski Resort.
